Description

This seminar delivered by APT PM Practices Ltd., a training and development company in Project Management, shows entrepreneurs, small business owners and Individuals struggling to get the results they want for their business and themselves with things like communication, time and energy management, to mention but a few, how to become effective by taking charge of their lives, both in their career and at home, and have all the success they desire.”

It is recognised that projects can fail from a lack of soft skills rather than technical ability when project teams need to deliver a project. Projects require people to complete tasks, and the project manager that has strong soft skills has a higher degree of success in completing their projects for themselves and their organisations. These important soft skills are often overlooked at the project management level and especially in a virtual on-line project team environment.

Lunch will be available from 12.30pm with the seminar will commencing at 1 pm sharp.

The seminar will help you to:

  • Identify your representational system which you use to communicate all the time, being aware of this can improve your communication with others immediately.
  • Become aware of how the language you use every day affects your results.
  • Become aware of Time and Energy Management and introduce you to processes to help improve them straight away.
