DESCRIPTION:This seminar delivered by APT PM Practices Ltd.\, a training an

 business owners and Individuals struggling to get the results they want fo
 r their business and themselves with things like communication\, time and 
 energy management\, to mention but a few\, how to become effective by taki
 ng charge of their lives\, both in their career and at home\, and have all
  the success they desire.”\n\nIt is recognised that projects can fail fr
 om a lack of soft skills rather than technical ability when project teams 
 need to deliver a project. Projects require people to complete tasks\, and
  the project manager that has strong soft skills has a higher degree of su
 ccess in completing their projects for themselves and their organisations.
  These important soft skills are often overlooked at the project managemen
 t level and especially in a virtual on-line project team environment.\n\nL

 er/Director at APT PM Practices Ltd. \n\nMartina loves to talk about all 
 things Project Management especially the soft skills required to help get 
 individuals and project teams\, with emphasis on the virtual environment\,
  become empowered to achieve successful outcomes and their desired results
 . \n\nMartina has 35-year industry experience primarily in the Semiconduc
 tor industry and holds a Master of Science in Project and Programme Manage
 ment (Hons) degree since January 2015 from the University of Limerick (UL)
 .  She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since ac
 hieving this credential in 2008 from the Project Management Institute in P
 ennsylvania.  Martina also holds a Master Practitioner level in Neuro-Lin
 guistic Programming (NLP) and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET).  All these
  combined with her own personality and leadership style have helped her be
 come a very successful Project Manager in the Semiconductor Industry for 1
 6 years. As well as running her own business Martina is currently moderati
 ng on the fully online virtual MSc of Project and Programme Management pro
 gramme with the Centre of Project Management in UL on two of the modules n
 amely MN6901 – Project and Programme Management Science and Principles a
 nd PM6901 – People and Behaviours in Projects.\n\nDuration: 1 Hour\n\nI
