Shannon Chamber Skillnet invites you to join a facilitated session with Aine Barry, IBT which will help you to identify learning and development needs within your own organisation for 2025 and beyond.   As we continue to support your training needs, this session will better allow the Shannon Chamber Skillnet to offer industry relevant and cost-effective training solutions.

Findings from this session will also be used by Shannon Chamber (Promoter) when processing the next funding application. Industry engagement is key for Shannon Chamber Skillnet, and your contribution and participation will strengthen our application.

Eleanor Nash An Post’s Chief People Officer will also join us to share their journey when upskilling and reskilling their employees.

Eleanor joined the An Post from Eason Limited where she was Group Head of HR. She holds a Masters in HR Management from UCD Smurfit Business School, is a graduate of TCD and has deep IR experience and a strong track record in driving organisational change.  Eleanor will give us an insight into the talent development strategies used in An Post and share insights and wisdom as to how you can develop impactful talent development strategies within your own organisations.
