
Trevor Rodgers
With over twenty-five years experience in organisational development, Trevor Rodgers joined Atlantic Aviation Group (AAG) in March 2022. Trevor’s career in org development had its start in contact centre outsourcing, with The Merchants Group in 1999 before moving into Organisation Development management roles in the retail sector with Xtra-vision/HMV and with Eason where his commitment to and effort in design, implementation and delivery of impactful learning/development strategy was recognised by a Learning & Development Institute (formerly IITD) award in 2009 and achieving ‘best in sector’ awards for Eason at the National CX awards (Customer Experience) in 2018 and 2019.
Trevor holds a post-graduate diploma in Training & Development from University of Leicester and as ODM at Atlantic Aviation Group he supports the definition and execution of the company’s people strategy to support its ongoing growth. Working closely with AAG’s CPO and People Leaders, he focuses on key initiatives including learning and development, performance management and cultural transformation.
Celebrating 10 years in business this April, Atlantic Aviation Group now employs approximately 670 staff across two hangars in County Clare and 110 staff at AAG Defence Services in Oxfordshire. As the organisation expands, it remains dedicated to investing in the skills and careers of its people.
Trevor is currently deputy Chair of Shannon Chamber Skillnet’s Steering Group Committee and in working closely with his fellow committee members uses his experience to support and promote people development initiatives with our member organisations, in the mid-west region.
