Description

We believe everything we think, because it’s likely that nobody ever told us that our thoughts aren’t facts. We have between 60,000 and 90,000 thoughts a day and an astonishing 90 something percent of those thoughts are pretty much the same thoughts we had yesterday. A great deal of these thoughts are what are referred to as automatic negative thoughts (ANTS). These thoughts are most often distorted and negatively impact our mood and mindset. The way we think affects the way we feel, and the way we feel directly affects our behaviour. With that in mind, it is fair to say that our thoughts create a large part of our reality. This is why it is fundamental that we are aware of the thoughts we have, without an awareness, an expectation to change these thoughts/feelings/behaviors is very unlikely.

This webinar is designed to help you understand the link between your thoughts and your reality and what YOU can do about it.

What you will learn:

During this webinar you will learn:

  • The profound impact our thoughts have.
  • The link between our thought, feelings and behaviours.

  • How to notice these thinking errors and subsequently reduce them.
