Description

We have been sprinting through life; accustomed to the treadmill and constant busyness and distraction from our minds.  This sprint has stopped overnight but it feels as if the treadmill is still moving.  Not only are we quickly having to come to terms with isolation, lock-down, working from home and home-schooling, we are living in fear of the unknown future.  The truth is, the future has always been unknown and yet, we have been able to freely navigate the daily “ups and downs” of life and work without ever questioning the unknown.  Now feels different.  We are in our own heads.  Our normal life distractions have been taken away and we are left with our thinking.  This webinar will point to a different way of understanding; a way towards Resilience and peace of mind without knowing what the future holds.

Who is this talk for?

Anyone who wants to remain resilient and calm during these uncertain times.  The webinar will point to an understanding of resilience and provide practical support and tips for staying mentally safe, resilient and calm.
