This Certificate in Change Leadership is a 10 Credit Level 9 programme designed to enable participants to develop their knowledge and skill as creative leaders in their chosen field. The core areas include leadership theory, principles & emerging trends, creativity, the psychology of teams and organisational change.
This programme is primarily for those at work in the business, community and voluntary sector who seek further professional development to progress their career in management or leadership. It is also for those seeking new skills who already have an undergraduate or equivalent qualification. The ideal candidate is someone who wishes to develop their personal and interpersonal capacity to become an effective change agent in their relevant field.

Entry requirements
QQI Level 8 award or equivalent qualification and/or relevant life and work experience.
Mature students (23 years of age on 1st January preceding application) can apply.

Two in-person Saturdays (Moylish Campus, Limerick)
25th March 10am – 5pm
27th May 10am – 3pm
Assessment
3 Continuous Assessments:
A personal change project (individual)
An analysis of leadership skills (in pairs)
A final team project
Qualification
Certificate in Change Leadership (Special Purpose Award, Level 9, 10 Credits).

€1,200 for candidates eligible for funding.

Training Cancellation Policy: Training courses which are cancelled over 7 days in advance of scheduled training date shall incur no cancellation fee. Training courses which are cancelled within 7 days of scheduled training date shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost. Registrants who give less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend training will be charged 100% of the full fee.
