One of the major challenges facing business executives in 2021 is how to manage the impact of the current environment on staff and the business in general. There are a range of issues that owners and managers face around culture, engagement, performance and the employee value proposition in the new operating climate. Given the challenges posed by the need to evolve working models, how will leaders create a purposeful mindset/culture/team to deliver success.

Much of this research, together with a proprietary framework for thinking about performance transformation, was published in an award-winning book “Powerhouse – Insider Insights into the World’s Leading High-Performance Organizations.”

Brian is a trusted advisor across multiple industry sectors including: Food & Drink, Pharma, Enterprise Development, Health, Financial Services, Software, Technology, Sport & Leisure and Utilities. He is also a regular conference/seminar speaker on the topic of high performance teams and organizations.
