This course is being delivered under theĀ Skills Connect Initiative. It is one of a series of programmes which Shannon Chamber Skillnet will deliver to assist:
- Individuals who are currently in receipt of PUP or TWSS payments
- Individuals currently unemployed or who became unemployed as a result of COVID-19
- Individuals who are not in employment and not in receipt of welfare payments.

Programme Objectives:
The objective of this programme is to provide participants with a detailed overview of how standardisation, monitoring and problem solving are used practically to fix issues and ensure the organisationās targets are achieved.
Programme Duration & Structure:
The programme will be conducted in a Ā½ day training workshop.
Course Outline:
This course is split into four main sections:
- Lean Fundamentals, Wastes
- 6S and Visual Management
- PIT Process
- Problem Solving
