Description

“Real Leaders are ordinary people with extraordinary determination”

On completion of this programme, participants will have acquired a range of Leadership Skills which will enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of the organisation and cultivate the management ability of each individual. As the old saying goes; “A good leader inspires people to have confidence in the leader, a great leader inspires people to have confidence in themselves.” Luckily, since not everyone is a born leader, leadership skills can be learned. This programme explores the difference between managing and leading and develops your ability to inspire and motivate others.  It also encourages you to understand and improve your personal leadership style so that you can reach your true potential.
