In this session, Simon discusses some of the realities and perceptions around the skillsets of our younger generations.

There is growing discussion about how generation Y (also known as millennials) & generation Z is changing the business landscape through their behavioural attritibutes. Is it also a coincidence that these same attributes happen to be aligned with good negotiations behaviours?

We will discuss some of the biases and perceptions that surround this fascinating area as well as explore why it is important to take advantage of the skillsets of all genrations.

This Lunch and Learn Workshop provides an insight into this fascinating discussion and will change some perceptions.

Simon Haigh, MBA, BA (Hons) Law is a highly acclaimed business, leadership, brand & personal growth strategist & transformational thought leader.
