Our training partner, LEAP, have designed a programme that offers you a mix of:
• Highly engaging modules ensuring you not only learn the theory but determine ways to apply the skills to your situation
• Peer learning through exercises and simulations so that you can support each other and, in the process, hone your skills further
• Challenging you to develop approaches and disciplines to improve your performance as a manager on a sustained basis

This is a 4 day Virtual Course delivered via GoToWebinar. Intro session + 4 modules covered over 13 x 60-minute sessions
Programme Introduction: Tuesday 1st November, 2:00pm – 3:00pm
Programme Dates:
Module 1: 7th, 8th & 10th November from 2:00pm to 3:00pm each day
Module 2: 28th, 29th November & 1st December from 2:00pm to 3:00pm each day (also QQI Team Presentations will be on 1st December from 3:30pm to 4:15pm)
Module 3: 12th, 13th & 15th December from 2:00pm to 3:00pm each day
Module 4: 10th, 12th & 13th January 2023 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm each day

Training Cancellation Policy: Training courses which are cancelled over 7 days in advance of scheduled training date shall incur no cancellation fee. Training courses which are cancelled within 7 days of scheduled training date shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost. Registrants who give less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend training will be charged 100% of the full fee.
