Programme Aim
This two-day course aims to provide participants with a foundational knowledge of project management skills. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on exercises, participants will develop the skills needed to successfully initiate, plan, execute, control, and close projects.

- Describe the project management process.
- Utilise project management process tools to support the systematic delivery of a project.
- Present at the project review process.
- Deliver a small to medium project effectively using the waterfall project management methodology.

How will it be delivered?
Classroom training: 2 days classroom-based
- May 20th – 9:00am–4:30pm
- May 27th – 9:00am–4:30pm
How will I be assessed?
Assessment includes an examination of theory presented during the programme. The assessment consists of 50 questions, equally marked with each question worth 1 mark. The duration of the assessment is 2.5 hours and is an open book examination. Pass 50% to 64% Merit 65% – 79% Distinction: 80% – 100%
