WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
• Lean principles, process mapping, and the 8 wastes (TIM WOODS)
• Six Sigma DMAIC problem-solving roadmap
• Data collection and analysis tools — Pareto, run charts, histograms
• Root cause analysis — 5 Whys and cause & effect diagrams
• A3 thinking, action planning and sustaining improvements
• Project selection, scoping and next steps for workplace application

This programme is suitable for operators, technicians, quality & compliance professionals, analysts, managers, and support functions across all sectors.

CERTIFICATION
Participants who attend all training days and complete a workplace improvement project (submitted via online learning portal) will receive a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate. Graded Pass, Merit or Distinction (50% minimum to certify).

• Up to 3 hours per-project mentoring (up to 12 projects)

Training Cancellation Policy: Training courses which are cancelled over 7 days in advance of scheduled training date shall incur no cancellation fee. Training courses which are cancelled within 7 days of scheduled training date shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost. Registrants who give less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend training will be charged 100% of the full fee.
