The workshop is being delivered under Skillnet Ireland’s enterprise-led ReBound initiative . It is one of a series of ReBound programmes which Shannon Chamber is delivering to guide SME Owners and Managers in the MANUFACTURING AND AVIATION sectors in implementing the ‘Return to Work Safely’ Protocol.

This Business Model Sprint programme has been customised to force decision makers/managers in SME aviation and manufacturing companies that are being severely impacted by COVID-19 to reimagine and rethink their future business strategy.
Delivered as a 1-day intensive workshop to groups of 5 companies (with up to 5 representatives from each company attending) and supported by four 1-hour one-to-one mentoring sessions with each participating company, the focus is on pushing and encouraging the business leaders to analyse and test agreed opportunities from the workshop.
This programme has been particularly tailored for companies in the SME manufacturing and aviation sectors.
Funded under Skillnet Ireland’s ReBound initiative, which has been introduced to guide SME owners and managers to navigate a secure recovery from the impact of COVD-19, it is being offered free of charge to participants.

Fergal is Entrepreneurial Specialist at Innovation Academy, University College Dublin and Founder/Managing Director at Open Innovation Services. His focus is on providing advice, facilitating and mentoring innovation & creativity for Corporates, SMEs, Public Sector and Social Enterprises. He designed and delivered a remote problem-solving module for Masters students at UCD Innovation Academy and has facilitated online innovation programmes for distributed staff at Enterprise Ireland, ESB, PwC and BDO. Fergal has supported in-person innovation initiatives at ESB, MetLife, Roche Pharma, Primark, Adobe, Amdocs, DFAT, DPER, NTMA, Chambers Ireland and many SMEs.
