Gradually there has been a realisation that a better ba lance between “no planning” and “too much planning” can be achieve d by applying experience\, using “predictive project management”.\n\nI n the last couple of decades a different approach called “agile project management” has arisen from the software world\, which brings many busin ess benefits.\n\nStudies show that the majority of businesses draw from bo th of these approaches to manage their projects\, i.e. they use a hybrid a pproach.\n\nThe speaker will illustrate these approaches with real project experiences from his decades of globe-trotting project management\, train ing and consulting.
