DESCRIPTION:The Train the Trainer model is recognised as an industry standa
 rd for professionals who train others in the workplace or in a range of fu
 rther education settings.  The skillset needed to deliver effective train
 ing interventions is complex and diverse requiring trainers to think criti
 cally\, interact positively with clients and manage complex group dynamics
 . The learning and development landscape is constantly evolving\, and trai
 ners need to upskill and reskill to maintain their edge in competitive mar
 kets.\n\nOur Train the Trainer (Special Purpose Award in Training and Deve
 lopment\,6S3372) ensure that the knowledge and skills gained on our progra
 mmes conform to the most up to date developments in training in Ireland. S
 pecial Purpose Award in Training and Development (6S3372) consists of two 
 modules\, Training Delivery and Evaluation (6N3326) &amp\; Training Needs 
 Identification &amp\; Design (6N3325). Both modules must be completed for 
 the full qualification.\n\nOur experienced\, qualified and hands-on traine
 rs will take participants through an interactive\, challenging and motivat
 ional experience towards gaining a qualification in training and developme
 nt.  Our train the trainer courses cover a wide range of topics including
  theoretical frameworks\, best practice interventions\, management of comp
 lex scenarios and group dynamics.\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n\nOn completion o
 f Training Delivery and Evaluation (6N3326) participants will be able to:
 \n\n 	Compare concepts and theories underpinning the development &amp\; de
 livery of training\n 	Identify issues that are likely to impact the effect
 iveness of a training session for example group dynamics\, learning enviro
 nment\, engagement\, teaching methods etc\n 	Increase their awareness of a
  range of issues to include equality\, diversity and disability in the con
 text of current legislation with regard to training diverse groups\n 	Sele
 ct appropriate training materials and aids to support training content\n 	
 Appraise a range of evaluation models\, approaches\, tools and techniques 
 used in the evaluation and monitoring of a training and development interv
 ention and provide constructive feedback to participants.\n 	Design effect
 ive evaluation tools\, suited to a training session: these tools should en
 able the trainer to determine whether or not training needs were met and t
 he learning outcomes achieved.\n 	Provide effective strength-based feedbac
 k to course participants\n 	Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the trai
 ning using the evaluation tools selected\n 	Develop a self-improvement act
 ion plan\n\nOn completion of Training Needs Identification &amp\; Design (
 6N3325) participants will be able to:\n\n 	Outline the benefits of trainin
 g needs analysis at an organisation and/or individual\n 	Assess a range of
  approaches and techniques to conduct a training needs analysis.\n 	Outlin
 e the stages of and conduct a targeted training needs analysis.\n 	Devise 
 a training plan based on a systematic training needs to include user suita
 bility\, content\, resources and cost-benefit analysis\n 	Examine the impa
 ct of an organisation’s strategy\, policy\, vision and mission on the de
 velopment of suitable training.\n 	Apply a range of performance management
  approaches in the context of training and development needs\n 	Carry out 
 a Gap analysis of knowledge\, skills and attitudes as part of the overall 
 TNA\n 	Design a specific training intervention\, incorporating a range of 
 design factors grounded in adult learning theory and technical know how\n\
 nAssessments:\n\nAssessments associated with these modules include skills 
 demonstrations\, projects and regular assignments there are no sit down ex
