DESCRIPTION:This course is being delivered under the Skills Connect Initia
 tive. It is one of a series of programmes which Shannon Chamber Skillnet w
 ill deliver to assist:\n\n 	Individuals who are currently in receipt of PU
 P or TWSS payments\n 	Individuals currently unemployed or who became unemp
 loyed as a result of COVID-19\n 	Individuals who are not in employment and

 is designed to equip learners with the knowledge\, skills and attitudes to
  manage their time more effectively by eliminating unnecessary interruptio
 ns\, prioritising tasks and understanding the difference between urgent an
 d important.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nCourse Objectives:\n\nAt the end of this progra
 mme\, participants will be able to:\n\n 	Assess their work priorities and 
 schedules.\n 	Prioritise their tasks.\n 	Set individual goals and objectiv
 es.\n 	Plan their time effectively in order to achieve their personal and 
 organisational goals.\n 	Identify and manage time robbers such as emails\,
  meetings\, phone calls and interruptions (including home interruptions wh

 ations more effectively.\n 	Delegate tasks effectively\n 	Effectively mana
