SUMMARY:Supervisory Management Programme QQI Level 6
DESCRIPTION:The aim of this certified programme is to equip learners with t
 he tools and techniques necessary  to effectively manage a team. Particip
 ants will acquire a range of supervisory and management skills\, in additi
 on to improving their interpersonal and communication skills. The programm
 e combines proven leadership techniques with practical advice on how to ma
 ximise your team’s performance and engagement.\n\nAims and Training Obje
 ctives – at the end of this training sessions participants will be able 
 to:\n\n 	Learn the relevant knowledge\, skill\, and competence to work in 
 a range of industry sectors independently in a supervisory capacity.\n 	An
 alyse situations and make strategic and objective decisions.\n 	Develop qu
 ality customer service plans.\n 	Plan and organise people.\n 	Understand t
 he role of strategic planning and change management.\n 	Appreciate the imp
 ortance of quality systems and standards within the organisation.\n 	Appre

 nCourse Outline will include: \n\n 	Summary of duties responsibilities of 
 a supervisory manager\n 	Evaluation of up-to-date industry standards\, gui
 delines\, recommended practices that affect the work environment.\n 	Metho
 ds of Supervision\n 	Staff code and conduct\n 	In house and contract staff
 \n 	Trade Unions or works committee.\n 	Precautions necessary to safeguard
  information and records.\n 	Description of key steps to recruit staff.\n 
 	Analyse risks involved in insurance cover.\n 	Procedures for liaising wit
 h client\, colleagues\, and other relevant parties\n 	Maintenance of effec
 tive standards of service\n 	Criteria for Supervisory procedures\n 	Devise
  a system for maintain work-related records.\n 	Operation of a maintenance
  schedule for equipment and vehicles\n 	Learn how to prepare a departmenta
 l budget.\n 	Training for Staff\, drawing on up-to-date industry standards
 .\n 	Assessing the suitability of individuals during the training session\
 n 	Carry out staff evaluations to include achievement of objective\, feedb
 ack on performance\, identification of opportunities for personal developm
 ent.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nWho is this course suitable for?\n\nThe programme is su
 itable for the following people:\n\n 	Potential Delegates must have some e
 xperience in supervising and managing staff in the workplace\, this course
  is suitable for Managers\, Team Leads and anyone in a managerial role.\n 
 	Existing Team Leaders and Supervisors who wish to gain a formal accredite
 d qualification in Supervisory Management.\n 	Newly appointed Team Leaders
  and Supervisors who wish to learn how to manage operations\, people and t
 eams.\n 	Managers in business who have direct reports and wish to learn be
 st-practice techniques for managing people through teamwork.\n\nAccreditat
 ion: Successful applicants will receive a QQI Level 6 Certificate Minor aw

 eak and coffee breaks will be allocated).\n\n8* 6 hour sessions (1 session

 brought through course induction to explain the full details of the course
 \, there will be a presentation at the end and there will also be assessme

 ses which are cancelled over 7 days in advance of scheduled training date 
 shall incur no cancellation fee. Training courses which are cancelled with
 in 7 days of scheduled training date shall incur a cancellation fee equal 
 to 50% of the cost. Registrants who give less than 24 hours notice or fail
