DESCRIPTION:Introduction:\n\nThis programme is designed to equip learners w
 ith the tools and techniques necessary to communicate more effectively in 
 their customer service role.  It focuses on developing their skills and c
 onfidence in managing customer issues face-to-face\, over the phone or by 
 email. Through the use of effective active listening and relationship buil
 ding\, customer satisfaction and retention will be enhanced.\n\nCourse Ob
 jectives:\n\nAt the end of this programme\, participants will be able to:\
 n• Understanding customer expectations and service standards\n• Effect
 ive Communication and rapport building\n• Identifying customer needs\n
 • Manage aggressive customers and behave in an assertive manner.\n• De
 livering excellent customer service\n• Building long term customer relat
 ionships\n• Practical role play exercises and feedbcak\n\nWho should att
 end:\n\nThe programme is suitable for all employees with a customer facing
  role (internal or external). It is targeted at those who deal directly wi
 th customers face-to-face\, over the telephone or by e-mail. Examples of t
 hese include:\n• Receptionists and front-of-house staff\n• Call centre
  workers\n• Online support staff\n• Front-line sales and customer serv
 ice staff\n\nPROGRAM FEE: Members €40 / Non-Members: €50\n\nThis is a
   half day course\, 9.00 am to 13.00 pm ( coffee break will be allocated)

 s which are cancelled over 7 days in advance of scheduled training date sh
 all incur no cancellation fee. Training courses which are cancelled within
  7 days of scheduled training date shall incur a cancellation fee equal to
  50% of the cost. Registrants who give less than 24 hours notice or fail t
 o attend training will be charged 100% of the full fee.\n\nShannon Chamber
