DESCRIPTION:Master the essential skills and tools of Project Management. Co
 mplete a project and an assignment as part of this course to demonstrate y
 our skills.\nCourse Overview\n\nThis course introduces you to Project Mana
 gement and provides you with the skills and tools to ensure you can\nsucce
 ssfully plan\, manage and close your projects. Understand how to be proact
 ive in your approach to risk management.\n\nIdentify mitigation and contin
 gency plans to ensure your project delivers within project constraints. Pr
 actice change control and status reporting to ensure your stakeholders exp
 ectation are managed. You will be supported in the preparation of your pro
 ject and assignment to complete the QQI certification\n\nWho is this cours
 e suitable for? \n\nThis QQI certified course is beneficial for those who 
 are new or have just entered project management. The course provides an id
 eal introduction as a follow-up project and assignment in the workplace is
  required for certification. This ensures you can practice and apply the t

 Training courses which are cancelled over 7 days in advance of scheduled t

 on fee equal to 50% of the cost. Registrants who give less than 24 hours n
 otice or fail to attend training will be charged 100% of the full fee.\n\n
