DESCRIPTION:PMP® EXAM PREPARATION – 2021 REFRESHER COURSE\n\nThe Project
  Management Institute (PMI)® has changed the makeup of the Project Manage
 ment Professional (PMP)® exam radically. If you attended a PMP® exam pre
 paration course and did not sit\nthe exam before the cut-off date\, this b
 ridging course is for you.\n\nCourse Overview:\n\nThe good news is that th
 e new exam is still based on the sixth edition of the Guide to the Project
  Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide).  However\, the PMI® wants t
 o move the exam away from a strong focus on processes – remember all tho
 se input\, outputs\, tools and techniques? Instead\, the new exam is much 
 more interested in how value is delivered. To that end\, only half of the 
 new exam will test your process knowledge. The rest will test your underst
 anding of people – the role of the project manager\, developing and mana
 ging the team and engaging with stakeholders – and the business environm
 ent. Also\, there will be a strong emphasis on agile project management\, 
 with roughly half of the questions having some sort of agile slant.\n\nWho
  is this course suitable for? \n\nIf you attended a PMP® exam preparation
  course before the changes came into effect (i.e. before January 2nd\, 202
 1) and did not\, for work or personal reasons\, sit the exam\, this refres
 her course is for you. It is also suitable for those who did not pass the 
 PMP® exam on the previous attempt. It is designed for Project Managers an
 d others preparing to take the PMP® exam and seeking expert guidance on e
 xam strategy\, hot topics\, sample exam questions and after-course support
