SUMMARY:Management Development Breakfast Briefing
DESCRIPTION:Shannon Chamber Skillnet in conjunction with the University of 
 Limerick will be running a Management Development programme in September 2
 017. \n\nThis Breakfast Briefing is designed to showcase the course conte
 nt and gives the attendee the opportunity to ask any questions of tutors a
 nd the course director. \n\nBuilding people management and leadership com
 petencies is essential in building a strong and driven workforce. This pro
 gramme supports personal and professional growth whilst encouraging partic
 ipants to create a supportive team environment where integrity and respect
 \, innovation and creativity\, ambition and a winning spirit are pillars t
 o the successful delivery of services.\n\nThe proposed programme aims to s
 upport learners to identify innovative methods of doing business in a comp
 etitive environment\, whether that be customer or internally facing. Parti

 ctive workshops. While based on relevant academic theories\, concepts and
