SUMMARY:Management Development Breakfast Briefing
DESCRIPTION:Shannon Chamber Skillnet in conjunction with the University of 
 Limerick will be running a Certificate in Management programme in Septembe
 r 2017.\n\nThis Breakfast Briefing is designed to showcase the course cont
 ent and gives the attendee the opportunity to ask any questions of tutors 
 and the course director. \n\nBuilding people management and leadership co
 mpetencies is essential in building a strong and driven workforce. This pr
 ogramme supports personal and professional growth whilst encouraging parti
 cipants to create a supportive team environment where integrity and respec
 t\, innovation and creativity\, ambition and a winning spirit are pillars 
 to the successful delivery of services.\n\nThe proposed programme aims to 
 support learners to identify innovative methods of doing business in a com
 petitive environment\, whether that be customer or internally facing. Part

 qualification. The programme will be delivered via tutor facilitated inter
 active workshops. While based on relevant academic theories\, concepts and
  techniques there will also be significant focus on individual personal de
 velopment and the practical application of learning within the workplace.\

 king a third level qualification in management\n 	The programme is open to
  managers\, supervisors or those aspiring to a managerial role with a mini
 mum of two years organisational experience.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThis Breakfast b
 riefing will also showcase the Diploma in Management (NFQ Level 7)  which
  Atlantic Aviation Group are running\, also with a September start.\n\nTh
 e Diploma in Management aims to help middle managers develop themselves\, 
 their teams and their organisation. There is a strong focus on personal de
 velopment in this one year programme and in enhancing a range of manageria
 l competencies. This course is run by the University of Limerick Kemmy Bus
 iness School in conjunction with the Atlantic Aviation Institute in Shanno
