  for Diversity is Irelands leading EDI company. We work with over 350 comp
 anies across Ireland supporting them to create more fair\, equitable and i
 nclusive workplaces.\n\nWebinar panelists\n\nLaura O’ Donovan \n\nLaur
 a has been working in Diversity &amp\; Inclusion for the last 7 years\, St
 arting out her career in the sector in 2017 as Director of Business Develo
 pment for the Canada’s Women’s Executive Network (WXN). She holds a BA
  (Hons) degree in Hotel management from Galway Mayo Institute of Technolog
 y (GMIT) and has gone on to study in the design\, delivery and assessment 
 of training along with holding a Diploma in Radio Production.  A notable 
 achievement in her Career was organising and running the “Top most Power
 ful Women in Business Awards” for two years.  Laura then ran two progra
 mmes of ‘Mentor Leadership’ through UCD’s Michael Smurfit Graduate B
 usiness School and went on to head the D&amp\;I Management function at Aer
  Lingus.\n\nAs an openly-proud Gay Woman\, Laura has worked alongside LGBT
 Q+ organisations for over 10 years to de-stigmatise issues around sexual o
 rientation and has delivered numerous workshops to young people in schools
 \, as well as working alongside several community projects and not-for-pro
 fit organisations.  She is also passionate about EDI work to address phys
 ical and mental disabilities as she grew up with an amazing brother who ha
 d many complicated disabilities\, so progress in this area holds a special
  place in her heart. Laura hopes to be part of a positive change to furth
 er Equity in society from the inside\, out and is committed to the progres
 sion for underrepresented groups in the workplace.\n\nJames Cawley \n\nJa
 mes provides guidance and support for organisations that are looking to mo
 ve the needle on their D&amp\;I journey of continuous improvement. He is a
  proud disabled person from rural Co. Longford. He has established a high 
 profile as one of Ireland’s leading Disabled activists and has a wealth 
 of accomplishments in advancing D&amp\;I.\n\nJames was formerly the Policy
  Officer for a National Disabled Persons Organisation (DPO) which is led b
 y and for Disabled people. He co-facilitated the disability studies certif
 icate course at Maynooth University. He is a member of the Irish Human Rig
 hts and Equality Commission (IHREC) Disability Advisory Committee and feat
 ured in their TV\, Cinema and Radio campaign “All Human – All Equal”
 . James was appointed to many Government policy forums in the past includi
 ng the Disability Stakeholder Group (DSG 6) and Taxi Advisory Committee. H
 e was an active board member and Chairperson of the EAPN – European Anti
