SUMMARY:Introduction to Human Error Prevention and Problem Solving
DESCRIPTION:This course teaches learners the 4 High Level Categories of Hum
 an Error and the 12 subcategories that result in Human Error. From an anal
 ysis of these errors\, participants will be presented with options to prev
 ent Human Error\, using Lean techniques or minimise Human Error through an
  understanding of how the brain functions. The templates provided will ali
 gn to an organisation's current quality or safety management system to sys
 tematically eliminate human error over time.\n\nObjectives:\n\nAt the end 
 of this training programme\, the trainee will be able to:\n1. Define Human
  Error.\n2. Identify how the Brain processes information.\n3. Describe the
  4 Types of Human Error.\n4. Describe the 12 subcategories of Human Error.
