 tently\n\nWHO SHOULD ATTEND\nThis workshop is suitable for anyone involved
  in the interview process — people managers\, HR professionals\, team le
 ads\, and panel members at all levels and across all sectors. No prior int
 erviewing experience is required.\n\nHOW IT WORKS\nThis is a highly intera
 ctive\, discussion-based workshop. Participants spend significant time in 
 breakout groups and role-play exercises\, drawing on their own experiences
  of being both an interviewer and a candidate. The session builds progress
 ively toward a final role-play in which all key skills are brought togethe
 r\, with structured peer feedback using an Observer Form.\nContent is tail
 ored to each organisation’s specific processes and can incorporate your
