Now a more permanent need for remote w orking is required\, shifting the employer obligations to comply with lega l requirements for ergonomic training and testing.\n\nShannon Chamber\, in partnership with our HR partners Adare Human Resource Management\, has th e solution to ensure your organisation is compliant with the latest legisl ation through our online DSE Training and Ergonomics Assessments.\n\nOur s olution includes DSE Training and Ergonomics Assessment:\n\nDSE TRAINING:\ nWe provide online training for employees to ensure that they understand a nd manage their workstations correctly and in a responsible manner in line with the legislation and recommendations from the Health &\; Safety Au thority (HSA). As part of the online DSE training\, employees are taken th rough a series of exercises and questions that help identify potential ris ks.\n\nERGONOMICS ASSESSMENT:\nAfter the completion of the training\, empl oyees then take part in an online ergonomic risk assessment. This can be c ompleted by employees working remotely or office-based. Following the onli ne ergonomic risk assessment\, an individual report is produced for each e mployee.
