SUMMARY:Coaching for Leaders
DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to introduce a very successful workshop on Coach
 ing for Leaders. Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise 
 their own performance. This coaching module focuses on the techniques by w
 hich participants develop and improve the performance of their team. \n\nO
 n completion of this session participants will have the practical knowledg
 e to confidently and effectively implement a number of different coaching 
 models.  Growing self- awareness brings deeper understanding and insight\
 , and allows for confidence in dealing with change and transition. Trainer
 ’s approach is goal focused\, seeking to develop clarity and agreed acti
 on plans. Coaching helps to overcome interferences which prevent people fr
 om achieving their full potential\, and supports individuals to move forwa
 rd in a purposeful and structured manner.  \n\nDuration: Half day (3 hou

 o give less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend training will be charge
