SUMMARY:Change Management Lunch and Learn Seminar
DESCRIPTION:Managing change successfully requires effectively balancing sof
 t and hard skills\, often in emotionally trying and technically challengin
 g circumstances. Change management is a process which\, when applied prope
 rly\, is self-reinforcing and can be the start of ongoing improvement and 
 learning for an organization.  When applied incorrectly\, it can vary fro
 m a waste of time to utter disaster.  \n\nThe objective is to speed up th
 e implementation of change initiatives to unlock energy for and resistance
  to change\, and to better understand how to treat the deployment of chang
 e management as a change to be managed and how to embrace change.\n\nIt wi
 ll enable managers to create an own change management road map\, to better
  understand the personal response to change and to develop strategies for 
 helping others through change\n\nThere will be four focus areas of change 
 management looked at\, which will help to deal with change initiatives mor

 facturing sites in North America and two sites in Ireland. \n\nPrior to j
